Therapy: methods and procedures

A unique and effective approach

Our psychiatrists, therapists and counsellors work with clients on an individual basis, which enables us to deliver the best care, whilst ensuring that your privacy and comfort are guaranteed at all times.

Methods may include:

Medical assessment:

Clients are initially transferred to a partner hospital for a full health assessment carried out by qualified experts. This enables us to accurately assess your needs and to create a tailored treatment plan.

Biomolecular Restoration:

We use blood samples and other tests (including genetic swabs) to produce a scientific formulation of micronutrients to correct any biochemical deficiencies in the body and brain.  This formulation is unique to each client (like a fingerprint) and is also used to create a special diet by our gourmet chefs. An additional benefit is that Bio-R can also be highly effective for a number of other purposes, such as anti-ageing.

We use a range of clinical techniques to treat any psychological issues. These can be related to family, psychiatric, personality or lifestyle factors. Psychotherapy can involve:

Complementary treatments:

These can play a vital role in boosting your emotional and physical wellbeing. Our complementary treatments include:

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation:

This is a procedure that makes use of magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain in order to produce lasting changes in brain activity.

Continuing Care Programme:

We believe on-going support is crucial for long-term recovery from nicotine addiction. We can arrange for a mentor or counsellor to return home with you while you reengage with family and friends and return to work or study. Other elements include daily telephone / Skype calls during critical periods. Also we recommend periodical returns to The Kusnacht Practice for Bio-R retesting and reviews of progress.
