Senior Relationship Manager Continuing Care
Anna Bally joined The Kusnacht Practice in August 2021 as Relationship Manager – Continuing Care, transitioning to Senior Relationship Manager - Continuing Care in July 2023. Her primary duties include establishing professional relationships and maintaining regular contact with the patients. Anna also ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction and coordinates the aftercare programs according to the needs of every client.
Originally from Rome, Italy, with Italian – Russian descent, Anna received her PhD in history at the University La Sapienza in Rome and started her professional career in Vatican’s diplomatic missions as Chargée d’Affaires for Eastern European countries.
After obtaining Suisse citizenship several years ago, she held a Swiss Federal Diploma in Business Marketing and communication. Anna co-created an events agency White Tie, a joint venture with Saint Petersburg.
Ten years ago, Anna seized the opportunity to join Suisse Medical Network as Senior VIP coordinator.
She is fluent in English, French, Italian, Russian and Spanish.
