Britta's career started 2003 in Germany after studying Business Administration, Healthcare- and Social Management. She has held pivotal leadership and executive roles with P&L responsibility for global business units. Britta has a passion for developing sustainable and innovative ways to improve patient outcomes and success rates.
In 2012, Britta moved into the healthcare technology industry where she has helped hospitals and clinic centres worldwide with their digital transformation journey. Her extensive knowledge of medical workflows, clinical data, and commercial models, coupled with her hands-on experience in the healthcare industry, has enabled her to develop, build, grow, and maintain trustworthy partnerships, leading to successful investments for all parties involved.
In her current role as CRO, Britta works closely with all stakeholders to develop and implement revenue generation strategies that align with our company's overall goals and strategic mission. She is committed to delivering value and innovation for our clients by utilising her expertise in healthcare, technology, and business development.
Britta holds an MBA in Innovation, Leadership, and Consulting. She is fluent in both German and English and brings her global healthcare expertise and passion for excellence to The Kusnacht Practice team and to our clients.
