Dominik Kaiser is Head of Business Development at The Kusnacht Practice.
His role sees him maintaining relationships with the practice’s partner companies and handling our client’s expectations of our partners. He is passionate in everything he does and takes pleasure out of being able to help people when they need it the most.
His passion for exceeding a customer’s expectations was forged in his 20 years of experience in the service sector, in and around his homeland of Germany, mostly in fine jewellery and watches. Prior to this, he spent over a decade working in the high-end hotel sector focussing on maintaining external relationships.
Dominik has an extensive list of qualifications that have helped him not only excel in any role he’s taken on, but also feed his passion for helping connect individuals with the finest goods and services available. Dominik graduated from the Heidelberg Hotel Management School with distinction, has a European Qualification of the DEHOGA Baden-Württemberg and multiple certifications from The Bucherer Academy, Lucerne.
His passion for helping others and extensive experience in the high-end watch industry saw him bestowed with the responsibility of opening the first Tissot boutique in Switzerland. In his role here, he successfully managed both the boutique and it’s staff while also growing the boutique’s core group of loyal clientele.
Dominik prides himself in finding out exactly which service, action or treatment the client could benefit from, and what’s most important for them at any specific moment. He strives to know each individual to cater to their needs before they know they need something.
It’s both Dominik’s passion for helping others and his extensive experience in the luxury goods industry that sees him excel in his role of building a positive relationship between The Kusnacht Practice, it’s partners and it’s clients. Dominik believes that helping people in difficult situations is a mission of his, and much more than just a job.
