Specialist in Internal Medicine

Dr. med. univ. Anne-Cathérine Widlowski

Dr. med. univ. Anne-Cathérine Widlowski is an Internal Medicine Specialist at The Kusnacht Practice. Dr. Widlowski, originally from Luxembourg, incorporates therapies to help both physical and mental health for clients at The Kusnacht Practice. Dr. Widlowski’s initial medical education comes from the Leopold Franzens University of Innsbruck, where she simultaneously worked at the Institute of Histology and Embryology in the research of Neopterin.

After completing her training as an internist at the University Hospital in Innsbruck (TILAK -Tyrolean Provincial Hospitals) and a specialist for internal medicine in Austria, she continued to extend her knowledge in imaging (abdomen sonography) and the treatment of emergencies. After this, she continued to take care of geriatric, internal medicine and post-operative orthopaedic and accident surgery patients.

Since finishing her professional education, Dr. Widlowski has completed the emergency doctor training every two years. In 2016, she became self-employed and moved to a holistic practice, where her main focus was on food intolerances, dysbiosis, hormonal imbalance, adrenal fatigue and the use of orthomolecular medicine. It was in these roles where she saw her passions for medicine, people and molecular science all fall into one.

Dr. Widlowski is now part of the team at The Kusnacht Practice, where she sees that the treatment of illnesses and maintenance of physical and mental health is viewed and treated from a holistic perspective. Her passion for internal medicine as well as her experience working in high-end private clinics, makes her a perfect part of The Kusnacht Practice’s team. Dr. Widlowski is fluent in German, French and English.

We are pleased to announce that The Kusnacht Practice is fully operational and our international clients are being granted border clearance by the Swiss authorities. All Covid-19 safety protocol remains strictly in place, as advised by Switzerland’s Health Authority.
