Fatima Martinez collaborates with The Kusnacht Practice as a Mindfulness and Meditation Specialist.

Fatima is a certified mindfulness teacher formed in multiple traditions, including different meditation and transformation of consciousness techniques in Nepal and India. Some of these techniques include Vipassana (insight meditation) instructed by Burmese monks (Sayadaws) and the study of wisdom traditions in the Andean region.
Furthermore, she holds a Master’s Degree in Law (Universities of Madrid and Paris) and has more than ten years of experience in the business world.

Fatima is also the author of the children’s book “¡Olivia contenta!” (“Olivia happy!”), which introduces mindful and wellbeing practices for infants.

This eclectic background allows her to understand and adapt to a wide variety of clients, providing them with tools for internal tranquility and self-empowerment, helping them find, maintain and enhance inner wellbeing.

She speaks Spanish as a native, and, having been educated in a British International School, she is fluent in English and speaks French.
