Jason Jack – Case Manager
Jason has worked in the field of Substance Misuse in the UK since 2010 with extensive experience of front line work in the Criminal Justice Sector, Community Alcohol teams and Substitute Prescribing Services.
He is a Certified Peer Supporter and Mentor and has many BTEC Diplomas in Health and Social Care, as well as a Diplomas in Health and Social Care related explicitly to substance misuse. He is also a skilled Group Facilitator trained to use CBT to help prevent relapse.
He has been a member of the Recovery Live-in Counsellors Team since 2017, successfully managing to empower individuals to make informed choices about their care, which may be conducive to their model of recovery and help support them to make the changes necessary to improve their quality of life.
