Joao Carlos Greghi is The Kusnacht Practice’s Facility Manager. A Brazilian national, his role sees him managing a specialists team to ensure that every facility and residence is safely maintained and kept at a world-class standard.
Having spent the last 10 years as a handyman, gardener and caretaker for a variety of facilities all around Zurich, he knows each and every facility like the back of his hand. Joao’s knowledge and understanding of building, maintenance and the local community enable him to solve even the most complex problems with great ease. He understands that the client is The Kusnacht Practice’s number one priority, and he and his team’s dedication to maintenance reflect this.
With over 30 years of work experience in the maintenance sector, his resourcefulness is second to none. It’s this experience that makes him the best person to lead our maintenance team.
