Lars Kruger is a master chef at The Kusnacht Practice, with work-pedagogical qualifications. He is responsible for helping create a wide range of food to cater to the culinary tastes of any client, while also providing the scientific-based nutrition that their body needs to help them throughout their treatment period.
He learned his trade in the guest house of the Federal Government of Germany, specialising in classical French cuisine. Later he expanded his skills with work in various institutions throughout Europe. It’s here where his skill set for a wider range of cuisine expanded, while also discovering the finer details of creating the best possible gastronomic experience.
After almost a decade of working in various Michelin-star restaurants, exclusive hotels and with renowned chefs, Lars returned to Switzerland where he added to his skillset by working with the nutritional physiology of food.
Since 2015 he has been working as a private chef and butler, drawing on his experience of the last 27 years.
He speaks fluent German and good English.
