Lars Krüger learned his trade as a chef with Helmut Kohl and Gerhard Schröder, the state ministers of Germany.
After working for the German Minister of Defense as his personal chef, he expanded his skills in his various travels throughout Europe.
He cooked for almost a decade in various Michelin Star restaurants and continued to perfect his knowledge as a chef upon returning to Switzerland.
Presently he is the head chef of Private Chefs Placements working for the Sauber F-1 Team, Autosalon and EBACE.
In 2016 he also began working for the Küsnacht Practice as chef and butler, where he draws on his experience of the last 25 years.
