Martin Zozman
Senior Quality Advisor
Martin Zozman joined The Kusnacht Practice in August 2022 as a Senior Quality Advisor. His tasks include ensuring and reviewing process- and structural quality in the medical field, proposing/implementing guidelines, specifications, and legal frameworks, coordinating a wide variety of approval processes as well as reviewing instructions, guidelines, and concepts in the medical field.
He started his professional career in 2006 as a registered nurse in an acute hospital setting. He went on to train as a professional educator, before embarking on an academic career in 2010 and obtaining a Master's degree in Nursing Science (MScN) from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur in 2015. Before, during and after his studies, he worked in an acute care hospital as a (senior) nursing expert. He is currently in the final phase of his doctoral studies in medical sciences at the Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Martin is particularly interested in quality assurance and optimisation of processes and procedures for continuous improvement of the client’s well-being. The research and continuous development of expertise and professionalism in client-centred care is a vital part of The Kusnacht Practice. Martin is an integral member of the team due to his extensive and holistic education, experience, and knowledge.
He speaks fluent German and English and he is currently improving his French skills.
