Michaela Malkoc
Medical Administrative Assistant
Michaela started her traineeship as a medical practice assistant EFZ at the Juventus School Zurich in 2019, just after finishing the Matura in Germany.
During her traineeship, she gathered her first experiences in this role at a practice with a district doctor, which was specialized in internal medicine and aesthetic medicine.
After her graduation she ran a practice for clinical surgery and bariatrics with a surgeon, which took a lot of responsibility and flexibility.
In her last position at the Seegartenklinik in Kilchberg, Michaela was responsible for the administration and scheduling for twelve different doctors, above-average laboratory work, infusions and also worked as an OR assistant. She also brings knowledge in the fields of cardiology, neurology, alternative medicine.
She is highly motivated, customer-oriented, and always open to learn new things, which brought her to Ireland before joining The Kusnacht Practice where she partook in a language stay to improve her English skills.
Michaela speaks fluent German, English, Croatian and Russian.
