After completing his apprentice in a star restaurant, Olaf began his journey to explore and master his passion for haute cuisine and healthy food.

After more than 30 years of kitchen experience and 20 years in Europes most prestigious households as a private chef, he joined the Kusnacht Practice buttler and chefs team and dedicatedly continued his work ever since.

His wide variety of international cuisine is not unfamiliar with vegetarian and vegan delights. Besides these physical traits, his personality will provide clients with the possible comfort, restraint and warmth during your stay.
