Olga works as a Client & Business Relations Manager at The Kusnacht Practice, providing comprehensive support to the clients from their first contact to the final details of their treatment admission.
Olga was born in Ukraine and has been living in Switzerland and travelling extensively around the globe for more than two decades.
Her engagement in tourism and hospitality industries trained her to work in dynamic environments while creating client experiences at the highest possible level of service and organisation.
Olga has comprehensive experience in Operations and Family Office Management. For more than 6 years she managed the overall operations of an international trading company. Her last similar engagement was with a family office of an UHNWI with her main area of responsibility in art, charity and events management.
Olga has a Post Graduate Diploma in International Tourism and Hotel Management from the International Tourism Institute (Lucerne) as well as Master of Education Degree in English Literature and Linguistics from the Dnepr State University (Ukraine).
Olga is also a certified life, health & wellness coach, yoga therapist and author of children’s fiction on mindfulness and meditation.
Her aim, as part of The Kusnacht Practice, is to provide intuitive and professional support to the clients that decide to embark on a journey of transformation in order to live healthier and happier lives. She believes that helping people in difficult situations and being of service is her mission and treats her commitment to the company much more than just a job.
Olga speaks fluent English, German, Russian, Ukrainian and understands French.
