Stephanie originally was trained in business administration and holds a degree in economics from the University Basel, Switzerland. Before pursuing the avenue of complementary therapy, for 15 years she worked as a project manager in the complementary pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland and abroad.

In 2006, during her work assignment in the UAE, she discovered her therapeutic abilities and began to help friends with their ailments. Back in Switzerland, she took up the journey into the therapeutical field and enrolled in courses in foot reflexology. Ever since this experience, she has continuously trained in reflexology, as well as body and mind therapies. She has learned from renowned teachers in the field of reflexology from Europe, Latin America and Asia.

She holds a degree as a reflexology therapist and the Swiss federal diploma for complementary therapy.

Her repertoire covers various body and mind techniques and she is an instructor for body art, a highly effective functional fitness modality. At The Kusnacht Practice she brings her skills in reflexology, massages, and body balancing (realignment of skeletal structures).
