Treatment for drug addiction
helping clients to be abstinent
We adopt an approach that is discreet, non-judgemental and confidential. Our priority is to treat the root causes of drug addiction, regardless of whether it involves illicit substances or prescription medication. We use proven procedures delivered by clinical experts and trained counsellors, who look beyond the symptoms to examine the function of drugs in a client’s life. We then treat the entire person: mind, body and spirit.
We adopt four major pillars of treatment. These are psychotherapy, Biomolecular Restoration, complementary treatments, and spiritual counselling The 12 Steps. Drug addiction is closely associated with biochemical and neurotransmitter imbalances. The chances of recovery are greatly enhanced if these imbalances are addressed via Biomolecular Restoration. In addition to physical factors, we assess psychological issues that can be influenced by work and relationships, genetics, social factors and traumatic events / abuse. Individuals may experience withdrawal symptoms, which require medical supervision.
We treat one client at time, never in groups. Our clinical team (comprising doctors, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, counsellors and nutritionists) and our complementary team (including yoga instructors, acupuncturists, masseurs and personal trainers) can therefore fully concentrate on your specific requirements.
Upon arrival, clients will be admitted to one of our partner hospitals for a full medical examination. You will then move to one of our luxury private residences with Swiss 5-star service, where a live-in counsellor will be available on a 24/7 basis.
We provide the very best care and comfort. Our fees are typically between CHF 80,000 – CHF 120,000 per week, depending on the requirements of the individual. Fees are settled directly by the client (we do not work with insurance companies) and we can supply written quotations upon request.
The Kusnacht Practice services are not covered by Swiss health insurances. All costs are to be covered by the clients directly. Patients who are domiciled in Switzerland and are therefore mandatorily health insured may be reimbursed by their health insurance for medical services in accordance with the Federal Law on Health Insurance (KVG) and its implementing provisions.
