The Kusnacht Practice AG collects and processes personal data, in particular personal data about our patients, their relatives, authorities, correspondence service providers, professional and other associations, visitors to our website, and recipients of newsletters. We process your personal data when you

Personal data includes all personal information, regardless of the data carrier and its source. This includes video and audio recordings.

Our activities are subject solely to Swiss data protection legislation. Your rights are also assessed in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation and include, in particular, the right to information, access to data and correction of data.

The privacy policy is not part of any contract with you and is subject to change. Only the version published on the homepage is authoritative.

Where is the data stored and where does it go?

We process and store personal data in Switzerland. When service providers are involved, it is possible that they may store and process the data outside Switzerland. We will transfer your data directly to another country if we have your specific consent or if it is required for contractual processing (e.g. in communication with the referring doctor) or in an emergency.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure. Our security measures are regularly reviewed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Cookies and social media plug-ins

When you visit our website, cookies may be stored on your input device. These small text files – including those from third-party providers such as Google Analytics – serve to improve our online offering and to evaluate user behaviour for statistical and marketing purposes.
