Nicolas Ilickovic serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Kusnacht Practice, bringing more than two decades of global leadership experience across ultra-luxury hospitality and integrated wellness operations.
Prior to joining The Kusnacht Practice, Nicolas spent 17 years with Aman, one of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotel groups. Most recently, as Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, he oversaw a portfolio of more than 20 properties across multiple markets, playing a pivotal role in regional growth, operational excellence, and the strategic development and launch of the Janu brand.
Nicolas’s international career spans China, Thailand, Australia, Morocco, the United States, and Turkey, equipping him with deep cross-cultural fluency and a proven ability to operate at the intersection of precision, discretion, and highly personalised service. He is widely recognised for building high-performance, values-driven teams and for translating brand vision into consistently exceptional client experiences.
