As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Sven Flory is Chief Commercial Officer at the Kusnacht Practice, responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s commercial strategy. In this role, he focuses on strengthening global market positioning, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the long-term growth of the practice.

Prior to joining Kusnacht Practice, Sven held senior commercial leadership roles within the international luxury hospitality sector. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Ultima Collection, leading global sales, marketing, and revenue strategy across a portfolio of ultra-luxury properties. Before this, he was Vice President Sales & Partnerships and Director of Sales & Marketing at Bürgenstock Collection. Earlier in his career, he held key commercial roles at Giardino Hotels and The Chedi Andermatt.

In his current position, Sven works closely with the leadership team to define commercial priorities, forge high-impact partnerships, and align sales and marketing initiatives with Kusnacht Practice’s strategic objectives. His approach is grounded in a deep understanding of discerning client expectations, brand stewardship, and relationship-driven growth.

Sven holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne and completed advanced studies in Hotel Revenue Management at Cornell University, combining operational expertise with strategic commercial insight.

Based in Switzerland, Sven brings a global perspective and culturally attuned outlook shaped by years of experience working with international clientele. He speaks German, English, and conversational French.
