Vivien Rossmanith serves as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy at the Kusnacht Practice and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. She began her journey with the organisation as Head of Transformation, leading operational and strategic initiatives that strengthened internal structures and positioned the practice for sustainable growth.Before joining the Kusnacht Practice, Vivien held project management roles at Aman, a global ultra-luxury hospitality group, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading consulting firm, where she delivered projects worldwide. With deep expertise in management consulting and brand strategy, she has guided organisations through complex operational and digital transformations.In her current role, Vivien collaborates closely with the leadership team to define strategic priorities, shape key initiatives, and ensure effective implementation. She is also actively involved in people and culture initiatives, supporting the growth and development of teams.Having lived and worked in Germany, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates, Vivien brings a global mindset and culturally attuned perspective. Her cross-industry experience enables her to quickly understand diverse business models, adapt to dynamic markets, and drive transformation across international environments. She has made Zurich her home, drawn by its quality of life, lake, and mountains.Vivien speaks German, English, and French.
