Ann Gunn Moe is the Clinical Executive Director at The Kusnacht Practice, bringing extensive experience in private addiction and mental health care across both hospital and outpatient wellbeing settings.
In her role, Ann Gunn guides and supports the clinical team in designing and delivering highly individualised treatment programmes, ensuring each client receives exceptional, life-changing care. She is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality in clinical services, recognising that excellence is defined by both the professional expertise and interpersonal skills of the team. Ann Gunn plays a key role in talent development, focusing on recruitment and retention while cultivating a diverse, high-performing clinical team dedicated to providing authentic and compassionate care.
Ann Gunn’s career began in 1997 after completing her Nursing training in Norway, quickly progressing into managerial positions. To further strengthen her ability to support both clients and staff, she has pursued extensive additional qualifications in Psychiatric Nursing, Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neurolinguistic Therapy, Clinical Supervision, and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). This broad expertise allows her to ensure the clinical approach remains innovative, empathetic, and deeply effective.
She is passionate about empowering both clients and clinicians, ensuring The Kusnacht Practice is remembered not only for exceptional treatment but also for the personal growth and transformation it inspires in those we care for.
