Fernanda Sabelli is the HR Lead at Kusnacht Practice, partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape and lead the organisation’s people strategy. She oversees all aspects of human resources, including organisational design, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, leadership development, and HR operations.
With more than 15 years of international experience, Fernanda brings a thoughtful, people-centred approach to every aspect of her work.
